Matt Squared (matt²) is a design, development and construction company delivering luxury residential projects across the Redcliffe Peninsula in South East Queensland. Founded in early 2025 by locals Matt Bradley (Design) and Matt Menere (Construction), we bring design thinking and build precision together from concept to completion. With over five years of established local design work and 18+ years of hands-on construction experience, we deliver boutique, design-led developments built on time, executed with care, and made to elevate coastal living.
Located at 21 James Street, Scarborough on the Redcliffe Peninsula, Jacára is a boutique collection of thoughtfully designed townhouses inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the flowering jacaranda that defines its arrival. Comprising six contemporary residences, the development balances refined form with warm natural materials, integrated landscaping and carefully considered detailing.
